The cash drawer does not have a lock in it, so if you want it lockable, will have to install a lock. Has a set of keys that goes with it, looks like different lettered keys to do a certain amount of functions.
Using the C key now, because that is the main key that lets you go to all 7 positions. I did switch it to the X position and punched in numbers 1 through 8 to show how it displays on the main screen and the customer screen.
I did advance both rolls of paper by hitting the advance buttons on the console. Both advanced as they should have. This Cash Register is a good working register. We do not have the manual. But it shouldn't be difficult for someone to do who is familiar with cash registers.

When Samsung left the Cash Register Business the company that had always made the cash registers decided to make and market them on their own. I do not know the name of the company but the register brand name they came up with is SAM4s. SAM4s has been one of the most aggressive manufacturers that we are aware of. In most every case we recommend SAM4s cash registers over any other brand. There are several reasons why. The first reason is features, second is price, third is reasonably priced options, and lastly they seem to be the only register business growing and improving model numbers opposed to the rest which seem to be stagnate or even retreating.
